Greatly Lower Your Cancer Risk with Butter!

But butter makes you fat and causes heart disease! Wrong!!!

The mega-giant fake food companies would love for you to believe that decades-old myth, which was invented by none other than the food companies themselves. Many ‘studies’ in the 1960’s vilified real butter as being the cause of clogged arteries and heart disease. These studies were done by their own hired mad scientists. Many studies done by independent scientists actually prove just the opposite. Add to that the fact that countries who eat fresh butter daily have 1/10th the heart disease as American’s. Do the math!

These studies prove that saturated fats do not cause blocked arteries. Clogged arteries have been proven without a doubt to be caused by inflammatory trans fats and sugars. These studies go all the way back to 1957.

Processed sugar, hydrogenated oils, and refined carbohydrates are the real reason we have heart disease in such mass numbers in America!

Real butter is loaded with healthy vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. It has calcium, vitamin K-2, copper, manganese, chromium, zinc, selenium (thyroid booster), and is loaded with natural vitamin D.

Real natural grass-fed butter that is produced from the milk of cows grazing on the very green grass in spring to early summer is loaded with beta-carotene. This is what gives real butter the natural yellow color.

Recent studies prove that women who have medium to high amounts of conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) in their bodies have a 75% LESS chance of having breast cancer!

Guess where one of the highest sources of CLA’S on earth come from? THAT’S RIGHT! Raw unpasteurized grass-fed butter!

Guess what most folks did at the advice of food companies and their doctors 50 years ago after which breast cancer rates started to skyrocket? You guessed it. They stopped eating butter. They were conned into thinking that butter would make you fat—by companies who wanted to make more money on cheaper imitation products.

I urge you to seek out real butter for better health…and the results don’t stop there. The real saturated fats will set your thyroid and hormones naturally on fire and greatly reduce arthritis pain.

When you shop for butter–whether it’s unpasteurized grass-fed or store-bought–I urge you to purchase it in the spring or early summer for it’s a higher content of beta carotene and CLA’S. The only difference in the 2 kinds of butter pictured above is that one was produced in May on green grass and the other in August when the grass was dry. Both kinds of butter were produced from the same cow and are very healthy, but the dark yellow one has many more cancer-killing nutrients.

I personally purchase my butter for the whole year in the months of May and June and freeze it to use throughout the coming year. Frozen butter thaws beautifully, even many months later.

Before you head to your local grocery store this spring and buy a year’s worth of butter, be absolutely sure of what you are purchasing. BUYER BEWARE! Like any other product, all butter is not created equal. Due to the methods of production and lack of quality concern, I wouldn’t trust most processed butter made in America. But there are a few that are shipped in from places like New Zealand and Ireland that are fairly trustworthy because of the high dairy standards they have in those countries. Some are grass-fed but are pasteurized–not perfect but better than most. The best option, of course, is to buy from a local dairy farmer who raises his cows on grass and doesn’t pasteurize the milk before making butter. But if that is not an option, there is one product in stores I would recommend: KerryGold (made in Ireland).

I sincerely care about you and the health of your family.
