Fall Farmers Market Soup
Ingredients
- 1 large onion
- 1 bunch celery
- 4 large cloves fresh garlic
- 1 small cabbage
- 1 bunch carrots
- 1 bunch Swiss chard
- 2 cups cubed cooked pork
- 1 quart homemade beef broth
- 1/2 cups red wine
- 4 tbsp coconut aminos
- to taste hot (charapita) or favorite chili pepper
- 1-2 large fresh stems of rosemary & oregano
- 2-3 tsp salt to taste
Instructions
- Chop and cook onion, celery, and fresh garlic in 3 tbsp of lard until tender
- Combine remaining ingredients and simmer for a couple of hours or more on low heat
- Garnish with cheese as desired
