Enchilada or Burrito Sauce
Ingredients

coconut oil

cloves
minced garlic

chopped serrano or jalopeno pepper
1 1/2

tomato sauce
1/2
tsp
chili powder
1/2
tsp
cumin
1
c
homemade
chicken broth
(all store-bought broth has hidden chemicals)
salt and pepper to taste
(always choose himalayan salt)
Instructions
In a saucepan melt the oil on low heat.
Cook the garlic and pepper until soft.
Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Set aside until ready to use.
