Tomato Soup
Ingredients

olive oil

onion
very thinly sliced

garlic cloves
smashed

canned whoel tomatoes in their juice
from three 14-ounce cans

water
2/3
cup
heavy cream
3
tbsp
honey
1/2
tsp
crushed red pepper
1/4
tsp
celery seed
salt
to taste
freshly ground pepper
to taste
Instructions
Cook the onion & garlic in the oils until tender
Add the tomatoes, water and spices and heat through
Blend in small batches until smooth
Add cream and stir
Serve with crusty French bread
