Fall Farmers Market Soup
Ingredients

onion

bunch
celery

large cloves
fresh garlic

cabbage

bunch
carrots

bunch
Swiss chard

cubed cooked pork
1
quart
homemade beef broth
1/2
cups
red wine

tbsp
coconut aminos
to taste
hot (charapita) or favorite chili pepper
1-2
large
fresh stems of rosemary & oregano
2-3
tsp
salt to taste
Instructions
Chop and cook onion, celery, and fresh garlic in 3 tbsp of lard until tender
Combine remaining ingredients and simmer for a couple of hours or more on low heat
Garnish with cheese as desired
